  • CEVO - Week 3:2: Lzuruha vs team restrict

CEVO - Week 3:2: Lzuruha vs team restrict

Lzuruha takes on team restrict this CEVO week 3:2 and it would appear Inferno is our Achilles heel. Right from the start the boys weren't able to get a foot hold at all in the first half ending with 2-13 on the Counter-Terrorist side. While they did make a little ground on the Terrorist side after losing pistol, it was not enough losing their second match in CEVO with a 6-16 result. Captain's Thoughts Not familiar with Inferno? Inferno set up is Terrorists are attempting to blow up two cri...

CEVO - Week 3:1: Lzuruha vs Galactic Ferrets

Lzuruha faces off against Galactic Ferrets on week 3:1 of CEVO and it didn't go too well. After winning the pistol round, things just didn't work out for our team on Inferno dropping 5 rounds after the pistol round then back and forth battles ending in a 9-6 half for Galactic Ferrets. While on the second half our boys started off strong on the Terrorist side, they just weren't able to hold it together and went back and forth again until the Ferrets got comfortable and sealed the last few rounds ...

CEVO - Week 2:1 Lzuruha vs Phoenix Gaming

Lzuruha took on Phoenix Gaming in CEVO for week 2:1 on de_season. The match started out rocky for our boys losing pistol round but turned around quickly once they were able to buy up on the Counter Terrorist side ending the half 10-5 in their favor. As they switched over to the Terrorist side it looked like Phoenix Gaming still had some fight in them knocking out 6 rounds in a row before the Lzuruha boys got in their groove and finished the match off with a 16-12 victory. Captains Thoughts: ...

CEVO - Week 2:2: Lzuruha vs Archetype

Lzuruha (3-0) took on Archetype (1-2) this week in CEVO. This week was no exception for the dominate performance by our CSGO boys as they took both pistol rounds and dominated Counter-Terrorist side with a 10-5 lead going into the second half. Once on the Terrorist side the boys completely shut out Archetype from getting a round at all sealing the match with a 16-5 win and now 4-0 in their CEVO division! Onward to next week against "Galactic Ferrets" who are currently 1-...

CEVO - Week 2: Lzuruha vs Moral Alliance

Week 2 in CEVO is in the books and Lzuruha took on Moral Alliance on Cobblestone this week. It was looking like it may be a sweep with the Lzuruha CSGO team taking the first couple rounds of the first half. However Moral Alliance started getting back into the game mid way of the half and was able to bring the half to 8-7 in Lzuruha's favor still. Once Lzuruha CSGO swapped over to the Counter-Terrorist side, it was domination; only dropping one round to Moral Alliance making the ...

CEVO - Week 1: Lzuruha vs Niche Gaming

Week 1 CEVO is in the books and Lzuruha took on Niche Gaming on de_cobblestone. Lzuruha was able to Finish off Niche Gaming solidly with a very strong Terrorist first half side 11-4 then sealed the deal with a 5-7 Counter Terrorist side making it 16-11 in our favor for the first win of the CEVO season. Check out the full stats of the match below! Captain's thoughts on the match: For those that are unfamiliar with de_cobblestone, Counter-Terrorists have to prevent terrorists from bombing Lord Wi...

  • ESEA Main: Close Comeback vs InControl Gaming 16-13
    by Ari

Lzuruha takes on InControl Gaming (8-4-0), Not to be confused with the StarCraft player! in ESEA Main this week (14/07/2016). InControl lived up to their name on the first half on mirage against our Terrorist side scoring 11 rounds against us making it 4-11 going into the second half. Now on the Counter-Terrorist side, the Lzuruha CSGO team knew they couldn't afford to make anymore mistakes or the match would easily slip out of their hands. They slowly began to claw their way back on the...

  • ESEA Main: Unfortunate turn of events for ViLLAiNSgg 16-12
    by Ari

Lzuruha played ViLLAiNSgg (6-6-0) on de_mirage in ESEA Main (13/07/2016). Before the match began, it was a rocky start for ViLLAiNSgg as they needed to find one more to complete their roster. Once the game begun however they were able to make the first half on the Terrorist side for Lzuruha a close even half 8-7 in our favor. However once on the Counter-Terrorist side it showed that their team wouldn't be able to hold up against ours with their issues going on and Lzuruha closed it out 8-5...

  • ESEA Main: st4twh0res Taken out 16-11! Top 10 ESEA Main!
    by Ari

Lzuruha takes on st4twh0res (6-4-0) this week in ESEA Main on de_train. The boys turned it up from the start on the Terrorist side taking 7 rounds straight before dropping their first round. The Terrorist half ended in a dominating 11-4 half before switching over to the Counter-Terrorist side! On the Counter-Terrorist side st4twh0res started to claw their way back but was only able to break even on the second half before Lzuruha was able to close the half out 5-6 and ultimately took the...

  • ESEA Main: Rough Start, Rough Loss 9-16
    by Ari

Today Lzuruha take on Empyreal eSports (7-2-0) in ESEA Main. Empyreal took a pretty good pistol then the following gun rounds making it a quick 3-0 in their favor. As round 4 rolled around, Lzuruha was able to buy rifles and was able to get a bomb plant but not able to pick the round up. Empyreal has been successful at shutting our boys down with their duo AWP on the Terrorist side 0-6. Round 7 turned into an AWP war with which didn't go well for us but reD was able to 1v3 them and give the...

  • ESEA Main: Back in the Winning Column 16-8 over Kitfoxes
    by Ari

Today we face off against Kitfoxes (6-2-0) on the classic de_dust2 in ESEA Main. While our boys did take pistol round and the following rounds that normally come with that. Kitfoxes made it an extremely close start for Lzuruha's Terrorist half just ending on top with 8-7. However once our team got on the Counter-Terrorist side, there was little mercy shown with a 8-1 second half and ended the series 16-8 in Lzuruha's favor and back into the winning column. Next week we take on Empyreal e...

  • ESEA Main: Win Streak Ends Against Incognito
    by Ari

The four game win streak came to an end today as we suffered our second defeat at the hands of Incognito on de_overpass 13-16. Sadly our boys had a bad start on the Terrorist side and was able to start slowly salvaging it ending 6-9 before switching over to the Counter-Terrorist. However the damage has been done and couldn't get the rounds we needed and broke even on the second half 7-7 which ended the match in favor of Incognito.
