Hall of the Dead; View your Dead hardcore characters

In Diablo 2, dead hardcore characters took up slots in online accounts, forcing players to make yet more accounts for fear of losing trophies of their accomplishments. Although the previous solution was unlimited, since accounts could be created at anytime with the old system, Diablo III accounts are singular and capped due to the chances recently with Real ID/Single Battle.net account and other functions like that.

They are also considering an idea to where you can place items in a shared stash area in which if your character dies in hardcore, the items in the shared stash can be given to other characters that is hardcore.

We have plans to create a Hall of the Dead where your can view your deceased HC characters, and you will probably also be able to view fun and interesting statistics about them.

Dead HC characters will not remain in your main character list, though.

I think its a good idea, I use to have 3 accounts which included my mules too =/ now with the recent changes and you can only have one account. This can be good for people who slip at the top to remember the glory days then get angry again on when they died!
