Townhall 12 in 2018?

Perhaps a slip by Supercell Moderator but it looks like Town Hall 12 is coming in 2018 after the next Builder Base update! Wonder if it will add a new hero or if its just going to be another layer of structure upgrades. I assume this is when the Mortar build up will become active.
