Cross Language Groups 6.2?

I'm not sure what to make of this yet, just came across it. If its successful does that mean they're going to possibly mix Brazil and NA again?

Which means:

We plan to add in the research group a filter for the language in the update 6.2. You will be able to recruit or play with members of another language community in your area ( Europe).
