We have been experiencing intermittent issues at our datacenter. EOReality engineers are working on resolving this ASAP. If you get an Error 522-524, just wait 5 minutes and refresh. It should be fixed very soon.

Posting this as we've gotten a lot of questions on when it will be fixed or what is the problem.

Update:

We have found the culprit of the intermittent connectivity issues in LA being a bug in the latest juniper software release on our Core QFX switches. At this time we are creating a patch and will be rolling it out as soon as it's ready. We will also be taking this opportunity to upgrade all of our access layer switches to juniper ex3300 series, replacing all of our current dell stacks. This was performed this morning into the afternoon.

I would like to personally apologize for this inconvenience, unfortunately issues arise that are beyond our control but we have taken all measures to ensure the quickest possible resolution. At the moment we have had our own engineers, juniper engineers and engineers from multiple 3rd parties working to resolve this so we are in the best and most capable hands available; now and going forward to ensure quality of service.

In terms of ETA of full resolution we are expecting to return to 100% operational capacity by the end of the day Monday.
