    IEM Kiev is fast approaching, qualifiers will be held in November with finals on December 3rd. NESL will not provide stipends for travel to the Kiev event! BUT each team attending the event is guaranteed $2000 for attending which still makes it worth wild for those who can't afford the travel to try to scramble to get the money to go if near the event at all!
