Stepping down from the CLG CS roster and returning home to stream until the end of my contract. I will come back stronger than ever in 2017.

**Team Update & Upcoming Changes:**

Over the the past six months our Counter-Strike team has had it’s share of accomplishments and defeats. The team showed potential to take upsets over top international teams and made it to Legends status in the first North American based Major. However, the team has struggled the last couple months. The team needs reforms in order to move forward.

The roster for the remainder of ELEAGUE will be James “hazed” Cobb, Faruk “pita” Pita, Kenneth “koosta” Suen, Stephen “reltuC” Cutler, and Tarik “tarik” Celik.

Following ELEAGUE, pita will be stepping down as head coach of the Counter-Strike team. We believe this will be mutually beneficial in the long term. Pita desires to return to Europe to be closer to his family and the team is in need of a fresh start from the top down. Furthermore, Tarik will be taking a break from professional Counter-Strike and will take the time off to spend time with his family and to stream from home.

CLG will begin a rebuild of the team’s staff infrastructure and roster over the following months. We’re consulting the players, experts in the scene, and new staffing options for the best ways to move the team forward.

Creating a top team is never an easy process. E-Sports is up and down. Every fan is familiar with the cycle of victory, defeat, and rebuilding. We’re entering into the rebuilding phase. It won’t be easy during this transitionary period. We care, we’re listening, and we’re taking the steps to build the foundation of a championship team. Your support means the world to us. We’ll continue communicating our plans as our options solidify in the coming weeks.
