I don't play anymore, but I can give you a useful tip. Buy 2x stout shields + potion/3x herbs as starting item. Then progress by buying boots -> vanguard -> vanguard -> then you can begin buying items for your role (str/int/agi) you will see suggestions in-game! The double vanguards stack (which people mostly do not know, and are IMBALANCED if combined!) Nobody can kill you "easily". In 1vs1 situations you will always end up the victor. Enjoy!
