Lzuruha Marathon 2013 - online meeting for donation readers and re-streamers

We will soon test re-streaming on the team LzH twitch and using our server on Vent. Please post your availability here so that we can set up a date and time when we will host this online meeting in order to work out the logistics for the event.

Mine varies from week to week thanks to work, but if it's any time past 3 am GMT I should be available, which is really shit but it's the only figure I can really give you. I do only work a few days a week though.

Im free everyday over the weekend. Im also on GMT so hours from like 3am to 6pm EST would be where I can help out. My internet isnt good enough to restream though

I'm mostly available all day fri/sat, and sunday im available anytime other than around 5pm to 8pm or so.

Once everyone arrives in the IRC, we will begin the meeting.

As mentioned before, we will be covering the logistics of the marathon. Ideally, the donation readers will only be required to stick around for an hour maximum, though y'all are more than welcome to check out how the re-streaming will work.

Any idea how long this will last? I almost always work Saturdays, but even though I do full time shifts, I'm considered part time, so I can say I have something I need to do until like, 8pm gmt or something like that depending on how long it is.

The meeting will likely take at least an hour to review the items listed on the agenda and run through some scenarios of what to expect during the marathon. I will review the re-streaming process again when you are available.
