Blue Post It looks like we may get a little nerf and maybe more in the future. Right now I dont see this being bad but the sound of it there maybe more to come. It seems not all have mastered WW Monks yet according to them so they are watching us...

I believe with all the 5.2 changes monks will actually be seeing a dps increase. As of now they aren't parsing nearly as high as other dps classes so id be surprised to them nerfed overall -

Rising Sun Kick debuff causes all targets within 8 yards to take an increased 10% damage from your abilities, down from 15%.We are concerned that fully geared Subtlety, Enhancement and Windwalker DPS are still too high. None of these are particularly easy specs to play, so it might be okay that given that players won't realistically be able to hit their theoretical maxima. Just wanted to let you know they are on our radar.Comment

Was posted yesterday and has nothing to do with current dps thersholds but therotical dps in 5.2 What I was refering to was the # of changes being made to WW monks in 5.2 In terms of new talents and exisiting abilites that are being improved. Overall monk dps should still be HIGHER then what it currently is, even though they are nerfing abilites on the PTR. What they are actually nerfing are buffed variations or nerfing abilites that will scale to well. I'm pretty sure he meant to post those quotes in the first post and posted them in his second. Bad wording on his part, but you just have to know Sekket and how he types etc haha he wasn't meaning to sound rude. I spend countless hours decrypting sekket's messages and posts lol!Comment
