What is the Best/Favorite Profession?

Enginnering pretty much. It is a proffesion that always added an extra to any class since ever, even though I like alchemy to.

I'll have to say alchemy. It's cheap to level without herbalism. I'm transmute spec, so it plays extremely well with JC as a 2nd. If you play the AH on Tuesday evenings, it's easy profit, too!

Alchemy...mainly because I like seeing how many procs I got.

Though I don't take advantage of it as much as I should. Jewelcrafting has consistently been a lucrative profession since its inception. There will always be a demand for gems though the market often gets flooded. Personally, I love enchanting.
