For those who don't know the Rolo/Slaine is that character that just makes you hate their guts the whole show. They are often villains, but sometimes they are allies, but the hate you hold for them is all the same. They constantly mess things up for the heroes and often just screw them over in every way possible, like to the point where it doesn't even benefit them, it just fucks over the hero more. They are cunts for the sake of being cunts. Senji from accel world is another one of these characters that come to mind. Never more have I hated a villain more than him.
