This week we are discussing mascot characters. These are the characters that are usually not human, or half human half animal. They serve usually as comic relief but also as a characters guide when they are lost in themselves and other such cosmic nonsense. They are most often present in anime that deal with magic. Recently, I started Tokyo Raven, and Kon is the mascot in that show, and I must say, she is absolutely adorable. Another one of my favorite mascot characters is the alien creature from Madoka Magika. I like this one because of how sweet and promising the creature is, but how absolutely sinister is actually is. Who are your favorite mascot characters?
