Looking at webcams for streamming - need help

I'm looking to get a good webcam (under $100) for streaming once 5.2 launches. www.twitch.tv/calynu is my page and the current quality I stream in. Anyone have recommendations for a good HD camera?

Wish it was as cheap as it was now or I would have gotten it.
