Any SD capture card will do.

SD being capture cards like easycap, dazzle, etc.

Dazzle is still considered the best SD capture card out there.

Any of them will do, just go with North America or Japan models. Mega Drive 1 or 2

Mega Drive 3 is region free if the games don't have an internal lockout in them.

        PAL will always be slower.

Ok thanks. I live in sweden so genesis is US and Mega drive EU. So if i buy a Genesis i need to buy some other cables and such. Coz i think i cant run it on a mega drive, only on a genesis

Yeah, I think you already know but PAL is 50Hz, capping it at 25fps. There are so examples of games that appear you can finish at the same time as NTSC-U/J but if you use real timing, PAL is slower.
