What is needed for playing Sega Genesis in EU

So i need a Sega Genesis BUT i live in sweden so its not the same as in the US. I so wanna play on a Genesis console and not a Mega drive coz its PAL and slower..

Does anyone know what i need to buy so i can play the genesis here in sweden?

Like the cables isnt the same and the tv's in EU has diffrent hz...

If anyone know, plz let me know!

Dazzle still supports PAL but it only offers composite for PAL stuff since S-video isn't compatible. Which is fine for old consoles anyway.
