Good software for offline streaming?

Well since my internet provider pretty much sucks, I'm wondering if anyone know good software to record my game play and webcam. Anything good that wont effect the game play or stressing the computer?

I use OBS itself to locally record. I've had no issues.

I use XSplit for Local recording still but if XSplit and OBS isn't an option for you, look into Camtasia possibly...

Ok cool thanks for the options I have OBS so it should work fine, just trying to see whats good out there. Soon Ill be doing Offline streams and post them on YouTube for everyone to see!
