There is a problem with the scaling of the forums. It's even worse on mobile. But basically the word forum is cut off in chrome and the login is off so far that you can't really click it. There is no way to move the page over or scroll.
sadly we are aware of this issue due to it being set at 1000px, so with that said, it cannot be helped with the current site. With the new site we're making better navigation with the website and less wider. Sorry for any issues this has caused you
