Video & Audio Quality
DansGaming is personally one of the highest quality streamers. His Video and Audio are constantly on point without a single hiccup. Dan is easily heard when the game is extremely loud l during explosions and metal scrapping metal sounds. Even the opposite can be said when Dan is talking and the game is quiet you can still pick up everything going on. Though if your ears don’t like silly, unforgettable, horrible puns you might just want to leave the stream muted though who doesn’t like a good dud of a pun.
The most likely hiccup DansGaming has with his entire setup is that his camera (Just like to note its a camera and not a webcam) which is connected to a capture card sometime Freezes so you might have longing expression that Dan is going through at that moment. Luckily Dan is constantly playing attention to chat that he quickly remedies the situation and continues on like nothing ever happened.
Game Selection
DansGaming has a played so many games where if I was to list every single game he has played I would be writing a section larger than all previous Shockdrops combined. With that said DansGaming has tackle all sorts of games from Bloodborne, The Game of Thrones Telltale series, Xenoblade X, Hearthstone, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Fallout 4, Witcher 3, I am not joking this list can keep on going Just checkout his latest broadcasts and highlights along with his youtube and you will have a mouth full.
Dan does a great mix of the new and old of current generation console releases as he will cover games the moment they come out or a few days after if he is currently invested within a game. Though during game droughts, Dan will toss in a few lost gems from previous console generations and PC of course into the mix. Like as I was writing this he is playing through all the Uncharted games since he hasn’t stream them yet.
I also would like to mention that Dan does a monthly special call kickstarter reviews at the end of every month. Basically Dan goes through all the video game related kickstarters and add his satire comments as the videos are being played Dan is known for his yearly Horror month marathon where in October he plays though the latest horror games and the ones he missed in past years. Dan will spend time planning this entire ordeal months in advance so everything run smoothly so he can constantly have live and prerecorded streams playing various horror games for the entire month. Don’t worry even the horrid horror games are cover so you can just gasp at just how bad they are.
Community
For the lack of mods Dan has in his chat basically all the time it still runs extremely move. With the large viewer base for Dansgaming it does get a bit tough keeping up with chat at times but that are the growing pains of having a large and broad audience. The only times Dansgaming will have his chat in sub mode is to help prevent spoilers for brand new publish when he does his streams of that game. The only other time I notice chat go into sub mode and I like to note this is extremely rare over the year I been watching when chat gets spammed with an indefinite amount of spam bots.
Ubiquitously DansGaming is one of the best variety casters on twitch. With his unique charm and his appropriate and inappropriate use of horrible puns which you just need to laugh at as we all need to forget the stress in our lives for which DansGaming covers me easily with how often he uses puns.
