A lot of buffs and nerfs coming this patch as well introducing the new champion Shyvana, the Half-Dragon in League of Legends v1.0.0.128. With the champion changes came changes with Dominion which fixed a lot of bugs and changed some summoner spells so they smart cast and allow players to focus more on the battle than having to click a tower to garrison.
