  • Welcoming Epizootic and his DOTA 2 team to Lzuruha Gaming!

After being contacted by Epizootic and his team I personally decided to give them a good look over to see what they were about and what their goals were in the long run, after getting to talk to them for forty minutes we decided to go ahead and play a match of DOTA 2 together just for the giggles. Sixty minutes later come to find out not only are they a fun group of people they are also some pretty good players, They are definitely a team with a lot of potential.

They have been a team now for only six months but, they have all known each other for two years now, and which they call this team forming "A long time coming" Each member has a large amount of experience in the DOTA community and Loudmetal is one of the trio in the podcast known as "Dota Insight". Let's see what they have to say about themselves here in their personal input's!

    Roster:
    Miguel “Epizootic” Hernandez (Captain)

    Kenny “LoudMetal” Yekstat
    Eric “FK” Earhart
    Kevin “Jeeves” Lou
    Matt “Sno” Kerr

    Player Profiles:
    Epizootic:
Receiving his competitive start in the ARTS genre through Dota and Heroes of Newerth, Epizootic learned from current professional players Jeyo. Seeing the success of his former teammate, Epizootic realized that he too could create a team worthy of professional standing. With an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the game, Epizootic is able to draft, make calls, and also do his role as a fifth of the team. Known for his calm and patient demeanor, Epizootic keeps the team on track in the worst of situations.

    Role: 4 / 5 (Support/Hard Support), Captain

    LoudMetal:
One of the trio of the popular podcast, Dota Insight, LoudMetal has been around the scene for almost 3 years. He is one of the most hard working people behind the scenes of Dota. He helps the new players by making their transition easier and giving them a home with the Dota Insight community. Always willing to study Dota and learn new things, he works hard to improve his game in every single way possible. His attitude towards the game and his work ethic cannot be matched.

    Role: 4 / 5 (Support/Hard Support)
    Steam: http://steamcommunity.com/id/LoudMetal

    FK:
The oldest and most experienced of the group, FK has been around the competitive scene for 8 years and counting. He started his career with Warcraft 3, making a name for himself in the North American scene by competing against high caliber players and joining both local and international leagues. As the scene dwindled down, he fully switched his focus to Dota. With his top notch mechanics, he looks forward in making a name for himself in the Dota scene like he did in Warcraft 3.

    Role: 2 (Mid/Semi-Carry)

    Sno:
Sno started playing competitive video games at an early age such as Counter-Strike 1.6, Brood War and of course Dota. Throughout the years, his love for competitive games grew even more, playing various games such as StarCraft 2, Heroes of Newerth, League of Legends and finding success in each and every game he plays. His adaptation, mechanics and experience are what he’s known for but his dedication is what drives him to be the great player that he is.

    Role: 1 (Hard Carry)
    Steam:

    Jeeves:

While new to Dota 2 and the ARTS genre, Jeeves’ natural talent more than makes up for any lack of experience. One of the best technical players the game has to offer, Jeeves continually impresses with his mechanical skills, beating multiple professional players in public games. With experience in competitive StarCraft 2 and Team Fortress 2, Jeeves knows how to cooperate with a team and achieve a common goal. His drive to constantly improve and find new ways to beat his opponents makes him a genuine, ever-changing threat.

    Role: 3 (Sidelane Solo/Semi-carry)
