CEVO - Week 6:1: Lzuruha vs Nothing Overly Gay

This week in CEVO 6:1 Lzuruha takes on Nothing Overly Gay on Overpass. Overpass is based on a canal overpass set in Berlin, Germany. The GSG-9 must protect a stalled military shipment on a canal overpass while the Phoenix Connexion can either attack the shipment head-on or attempt to destroy the overpass itself. Again I am sad to report that the game just didn't go Lzuruha's way and was a rough start from the beginning on both Counter-Terrorist and Terrorist side that our boys could never reall...

CEVO - Week 5:2: Lzuruha vs Mini Monster

This week in CEVO 5:2 Lzuruha takes on Mini Monster on Cache. Lzuruha started on the Counter-Terrorist side and while they had a good start winning pistol and the rounds following. Things just fell apart towards the gun rounds to the point at the end of the first half Mini Monster took nine rounds in a row till the end of the half making it 5-10 for Lzuruha going into half 2. As the sides changed up and Lzuruha now on the Terrorist side; lost the pistol round but were able to eco back and ha...

CEVO - Week 5:1: Lzuruha vs Dundalk Dude Crew

Lzuruha took on Dundalk Dude Crew this CEVO week 5:1 on Cache. Cache is a bomb defusal map set around Chernobyl. Terrorists are bent on destroying the evidence of a massive weapons-cache in the shadows of Chernobyl. The map concept stayed true as both Lzuruha and Dundalk Dude Crew had great Terrorist halves with Lzuruha just edging ahead each half. The first half Lzuruha took it 11-4 Terrorist side then on the second half Dundalk Dude Crew took it 9-5 Terrorist side! With that said! ...

CEVO - Week 4:2: Lzuruha vs Five Kings

Lzuruha takes on Five Kings this CEVO week 4:2. Sadly after our boys were leading 6-1, connection issues plagued the match on the Five Kings side. They wanted to continue to play it out but it was just a lop sided match with the first half ended 12-3 in our favor and a complete sweep on the second half making it 16-3 final results. Captain's Thoughts Not familiar with how train works? Counter-Terrorists attempts to prevent Terrorists from bombing the nuclear payloads on two trains. Team member...

CEVO - Week 4:1: Lzuruha vs Team 3G

Lzuruha takes on Team 3G in this CEVO week 4:1 on train. The match started off pretty classic with 3G winning the pistol round and taking the first three rounds. After that it went mostly in the favor of our boys ending 9-6 at the first half. Second half begins and it's almost a mimic of the first half, Team 3G was able to take the pistol round and first few following it. Then our boys took over the second half making it a close 16-13 in our favor this week.

CEVO - Week 3:2: Lzuruha vs team restrict

Lzuruha takes on team restrict this CEVO week 3:2 and it would appear Inferno is our Achilles heel. Right from the start the boys weren't able to get a foot hold at all in the first half ending with 2-13 on the Counter-Terrorist side. While they did make a little ground on the Terrorist side after losing pistol, it was not enough losing their second match in CEVO with a 6-16 result. Captain's Thoughts Not familiar with Inferno? Inferno set up is Terrorists are attempting to blow up two cri...

CEVO - Week 3:1: Lzuruha vs Galactic Ferrets

Lzuruha faces off against Galactic Ferrets on week 3:1 of CEVO and it didn't go too well. After winning the pistol round, things just didn't work out for our team on Inferno dropping 5 rounds after the pistol round then back and forth battles ending in a 9-6 half for Galactic Ferrets. While on the second half our boys started off strong on the Terrorist side, they just weren't able to hold it together and went back and forth again until the Ferrets got comfortable and sealed the last few rounds ...

CEVO - Week 2:1 Lzuruha vs Phoenix Gaming

Lzuruha took on Phoenix Gaming in CEVO for week 2:1 on de_season. The match started out rocky for our boys losing pistol round but turned around quickly once they were able to buy up on the Counter Terrorist side ending the half 10-5 in their favor. As they switched over to the Terrorist side it looked like Phoenix Gaming still had some fight in them knocking out 6 rounds in a row before the Lzuruha boys got in their groove and finished the match off with a 16-12 victory. Captains Thoughts: ...

CEVO - Week 2:2: Lzuruha vs Archetype

Lzuruha (3-0) took on Archetype (1-2) this week in CEVO. This week was no exception for the dominate performance by our CSGO boys as they took both pistol rounds and dominated Counter-Terrorist side with a 10-5 lead going into the second half. Once on the Terrorist side the boys completely shut out Archetype from getting a round at all sealing the match with a 16-5 win and now 4-0 in their CEVO division! Onward to next week against "Galactic Ferrets" who are currently 1-...

CEVO - Week 2: Lzuruha vs Moral Alliance

Week 2 in CEVO is in the books and Lzuruha took on Moral Alliance on Cobblestone this week. It was looking like it may be a sweep with the Lzuruha CSGO team taking the first couple rounds of the first half. However Moral Alliance started getting back into the game mid way of the half and was able to bring the half to 8-7 in Lzuruha's favor still. Once Lzuruha CSGO swapped over to the Counter-Terrorist side, it was domination; only dropping one round to Moral Alliance making the ...

CEVO - Week 1: Lzuruha vs Niche Gaming

Week 1 CEVO is in the books and Lzuruha took on Niche Gaming on de_cobblestone. Lzuruha was able to Finish off Niche Gaming solidly with a very strong Terrorist first half side 11-4 then sealed the deal with a 5-7 Counter Terrorist side making it 16-11 in our favor for the first win of the CEVO season. Check out the full stats of the match below! Captain's thoughts on the match: For those that are unfamiliar with de_cobblestone, Counter-Terrorists have to prevent terrorists from bombing Lord Wi...
